Verso with the estate stamp of the Kunstmuseum Basel (Lugt 1570b) and the handwritten registration number “L 353” as well as a pencil sketch. So far, only this copy from the first edition is known. On wove paper. 42.3 x 31.5 cm (16.6 x 12.4 in). Sheet: 52 x 43,8 cm (20,4 x 17,2 in).

• Very rare: To date, only this copy is known to exist as a print of the first state—only one copy of the second state also exists.
• Else Thöny played an important role in Kirchner's life in Davos—she was one of his favorite models.
• Part of an important private collection in Berlin for over 30 years.

In good condition. The edges of the sheet are slightly irregularly cut. The sheet is slightly browned and somewhat stained in places, with small brown spots on the edges. There are traces of studio work on some of the outer edges.
