• Made during his year at the Villa Massimo in Rome on a scholarship.
• In 1963, Horst Antes found his way to structured multi-figure pictures.
• He participated in documenta III, 4 and 6 in 1964, 1968 and 1977.
• The “Heads” and “Cephalopods” from the 1960s are considered the artist's most sought-after works.

In good condition. Next to the lower left figure, colro slightly faded in the white part. A tiny pinhole in the upper margin (conditional of the process of creation).
